The Heart's Torus: Our Electromagnetic Field
Our hearts emanate an electromagnetic field of emotional information that can communicate with that of other humans. This field of electromagnetic information moves in the shape of a torus.

The heart is the most powerful source of electromagnetic energy in the human body, above all other sensory organs.
The heart’s electrical field is about 60 times greater in amplitude than the electrical activity generated by the brain! Its field of information moves in a three dimensional shape called a torus. (HeartMath Institute’s website)
This teaches us something: the heart is a much greater generator of electricity than our beloved brain.
Our feelings influence the quality and information in our torus. The more coherent and stable we are emotionally, the higher the coherency in our field. On the contrary, when we are angry and unstable our field becomes less coherent and erratic. Pretty obvious… but keep reading…
Researchers also uncovered that we have the capacity to communicate our emotional states between each other without words or physical signals, just through our heart’s torodial field of energetic information.
Someone’s ability to perceive someone else’s information depends on at least: 1) how stable and coherent the person is themselves and 2) if they are touching, making contact with the other person or not.
When people touch, like when they hold hands for example, the transference of information between them is higher. This looks something like: “We are at ease, holding hands, and I can feel what you feel.”
Our torus is an informational field of emotions that radiates from our heart up to three feet in diameter. We carry this electromagnetic field of emotional informational with us all time! And others can perceive it..
We are designed to sense each other’s emotions. We are born with an antenna in our heart.
